In the spirit of celebrating the 113th International Women's Day, on the morning of March 8, 2023, Tien Thinh Group organized the "Cooking Contest to Welcome International Women's Day."
For the past years, the collective efforts of female employees at Tien Thinh Group have been recognized for their contributions to the development of the Tien Thinh Group brand. They have stood hand in hand with the leadership and the entire workforce, solidifying the Tien Thinh brand in the construction industry in Thái Bình province and nationwide.

The cooking contest is one of the regular activities at Tien Thinh Group, showcasing the care and encouragement of the company's leadership and trade union towards female employees. It creates a joyful atmosphere and strengthens the bond between different departments, honoring the values and talents of women while helping male colleagues better understand and actively support their female counterparts in their daily work.
Three teams participated in the contest, representing various specialized departments. Despite their busy schedules with numerous projects, each member of Tien Thinh Group wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to making the most impressive and heartwarming celebration for the International Women's Day on March 8.
With seamless collaboration and the talent and passion of these "amateur chefs," each team brought to the program exceptional and delicious dishes. After the contest, the dishes from all teams combined to create a bountiful feast, filled with the flavors of a family meal - "Tien Thinh family."
Perhaps nothing is more precious than the emotions conveyed through each meticulously and carefully prepared dish by every member of the competing teams. The enthusiastic participation of all Tien Thinh members made March 8 a resounding and meaningful success, cherished by every female staff member and the entire Tien Thinh workforce. The contest closed with smiles and radiant joy on the faces of the participants.
