Recently, Tien Thinh has done a factory tour in Taiwan hosted by Vietnam's Northern Steel Structure Association. During the five-day trip, Tien Thinh received warm welcome, hands-on knowledge and experience from Taiwanese representatives. Let's take a look at a few photos of the memorable trip.

 

Firstly, the visitors toured the system of China Steel Factory taking up a total area of over 45 hectares, monthly production output reaches 25,000 tons of steel structures. All of the plants were constructed and designed environmentally friendly from drainage, wastewater treatment systems to green tree rows and railroad transportation inside the zone, which widened our view about accurate and smart installation and construction.

 

 

The visitors observe advanced and specialized machinery and equipment.

 

Inside the plant, plenty of equipment and machinery are installed and operated to manufacture heavy steel structures box column for high-rise buildings, CNC cutting machine, AMG H-Beam drilling machines, Lincoln welding equipment, along with Daito machinery for steel fabrication.

The second destination in the tour was Weisheng Steel Factory, a joint venture with AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company. We all were impressed by their professionalism and hospitality.

Taking up a total area of 3 hectares, Weisheng Steel factory can produce 5000 to 10000 tons of steel structures per month. Stairs and bridge routes were designed for work safety.

 

 

Weisheng factory is facilitated with steel processing line for structural steel fabrication provided by Ficep and Daito suppliers.

President of Weisheng, Mr. Kuo expressed a desire to co-organize next events and activities among the corporates of Vietnam and Taiwan. On behalf of the Association, President Tho presented a thank-you gift to President Kuo and Weisheng tour organizing team and invited Weisheng to make a visit to Vietnam.

Our third stop was AMG factory. It was fully equipped with CNC oxygen-fuel cutting machines, Plasma cutters, Plasma and Drilling machines, 6-bar drillers for H-beam and laser cutters.

Our fourth visit was Superiotity Steel factory. Well-equipped with Daito steel structure processing line, CNC drillers, AMG cutters and KingArc assembling, welding and molding machines, it was a perfect place to nurture innovations for the association’s members applying in their business.

We ended the trip at KingArc factory. Despite small-size factory, it represents the wisdom of advanced technology of producing state-of-the-art welding machines.

The factory tour was an excellent opportunity for Tien Thinh members to expand our horizons and develop innovative solutions for our own company.
