Implementing the plan and objective 2023 of applying technology to business management, on February 1, 2023, at the Tien Thinh Group's office, a kickoff ceremony of the digital transformation project was held.
The event was attended by representatives from Base.vn, the software provider, the accompanying partner ITF (Information Technology and Communication Company), the leadership team, and key personnel from Tien Thinh Group.
During the ceremony, CEO Duong Xuan Thinh stated: "The digital transformation not only benefits the company but also creates a transparent, convenient, and continuously interactive working environment for Tien Thinh Group's employees, ensuring a seamless connection between people, processes, and technology, thereby enhancing work efficiency. To successfully carry out this project, the company's leadership team needs to be determined to innovate and be willing to make the necessary personnel changes, even if it means dealing with experienced individuals who resist change. Each employee must embrace a mindset of embracing change, and as a whole, the team needs to be committed to continuous improvement."
At the working session, Tien Thinh Group and Base.vn jointly agreed on the project's objectives, scope, and implementation timeline. Notably, the leadership team of Tien Thinh Group actively participated in discussions and provided valuable input to ensure the project's smooth and effective implementation. This event demonstrated Tien Thinh Group's strong commitment to innovation during the era of digitalization.
The representative from Base.vn, Director of Northern Region Solution Advisory, Nguyen Thi Loan Anh, acknowledged the determination of Tien Thinh Group's leadership team and pledged full support and commitment to work together with the pioneering Team at Tien Thinh to successfully deploy the project, ensuring that all Tien Thinh Group's employees would proficiently use the digital workspace on Base.vn by March 31, 2023.
At the end of the Kickoff program, Thinh Group and Base.vn jointly committed their best efforts in supporting the project, determined to put the system into effective operation as planned.
