On October 27, 2022 morning, Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts held the opening ceremony for 2022-2023 school year.
Comrade Tran Ba Tuan - Deputy General Director of Tien Thinh Development Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, attended the event to congratulate the school.
