During the training session, 20 trainees were provided by propaganda officers with information about typical fire incidents that have occurred domestically and in the province recently. They were informed about potential fire and explosion hazards in households, residential areas and especially in the plant, including areas such as storage facilities, electrical outlets, electrical cabinets and paint spraying areas. The trainees were responded to questions and guided on fire prevention, rescue and emergency response by by trainers.

In addition, the trainees were educated about the role, nature and importance of fire prevention and fighting work. They were familiarized with the State and local regulatory documents on fire protection; basic knowledge of fire and explosion.

The training covered an introduction to fire protection systems, firefighting equipment, and how to store and use common firefighting tools. Trainees learned about fire prevention measures, evacuation skills, and how to handle when a fire incident occurs. They were also introduced to the features, functions and usage of various firefighting, rescue, and emergency response equipment and tools. The procedures for dealing with fire, explosions and accidents were also explained.

Members of Tien Thinh Fire Protection Team were instructed to install the application "Fire Alarm 114" on Mobile phones for convenience in Fire Alarm and updating information and knowledge about fire protection.

At the end of the training, the participants received hands-on practice on using firefighting equipment such as handheld fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire blankets and other tools to extinguish gasoline and gas cylinder fires. They were also taught basic first aid techniques, wound dressing and how to safely move victims to a secure location.

Through this training program, the awareness and responsibility of the company's employees and workers were enhanced in organizing and implementing fire safety and occupational safety and health measures at the workplace. They also became advocates for spreading fire prevention and occupational safety knowledge to their family members, promoting the "4 on-site" principle in fire prevention work and contributing to minimizing the risk of fire and explosion.
