Tien Thinh Group is a General Contractor for civil & industrial construction, steel structure manufacturing, during more than 12 years of establishment and development, the company always attaches importance to labor safety, environmental sanitation at construction sites and Steel Structure Factory.
The implementation of labor safety and environmental hygiene measures aims to prevent the impact of hazards and harmful factors, ensuring the prevention of occupational accidents during work and protecting workers from health impairments, disabilities or fatalities. Understanding the significance of this, the company continuously strives to improve the working environment, providing employees with a safe, clean, and organized workspace, treating them fairly, with respect, and compassion. The company currently applies the following policies::
1. Develop and implement policies to ensure a safe and clean working environment
The Company develops policies and fully implements for employees working at the Factory and construction sites the following contents:
- Training in occupational safety, environmental sanitation, fire protection and rescue
- Fully equipped with personal protective equipment (hats, shoes, costumes, gloves, seat belts ...)
- System of signs, safety instructions, operating procedures of machinery and equipment
- Electrical safety
- Safety of working at height and working on scaffolding
- Fire protection
- Strict implementation of 5S process
These policies aim to ensure the best working conditions for workers.
2. Organize training sessions on occupational safety and environmental sanitation
The company organizes periodic training on occupational safety and environmental sanitation in order to contribute to raising the awareness of proactive prevention as well as prompt handling in case of labor accidents, minimizing health risks for employees.
3. Control occupational safety and environmental sanitation
The company establishes a safety and hygiene committee comprising knowledgeable and technically proficient individuals in labor safety and hygiene. Their responsibilities include guiding, training, urging compliance and monitoring the implementation of labor safety and hygiene regulations.
In addition, the Company has an internal inspection committee for cross-monitoring. They collect, record, and report images related to labor safety and environmental hygiene at the manufacturing plant and construction sites to ensure all employees comply with the company's regulations.
