In recent early April, Tien Thinh Group held the 1^st Quarter review conference with full participation from project management levels, advanced high-tech steel structure plants, and representatives from various departments within the entire company.

The 1^st quarter of 2023 witnessed a challenging economic situation nationwide, with slow growth and an estimated national GDP of 3.32%, only slightly higher than the 3.21% growth rate in the 1^st quarter of 2020 (during the complex development of the Covid-19 pandemic). The national industrial production decreased by 0.85% compared to the same period last year. However, the actual performance indicators demonstrate that the production and business activities of Tien Thinh Group are still on a development trajectory with breakthrough results, specifically:

New revenue reached 94% compared to the first quarter of 2023 plan, exceeding the set target by 14% at the beginning of the quarter, and achieving over 200% compared to the same period last year.

In the first quarter of 2023, the company put into operation a high-tech steel structure production plant with the most advanced machinery and equipment, expanded the production area, increased production capacity to 5000 tons of products per year, ensuring excellent compliance with customer requirements for schedule and high-quality standards.

The company also established a modern, professional office space spanning over 1000 m2, including various functional rooms with a flexible and dynamic design, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, creating an open, green, comfortable, and well-equipped working environment capable of accommodating large international delegations.

Along with the development of facilities, in the first quarter of 2023, Tien Thinh Group strengthened its efforts to develop a high-quality workforce, with a growth rate of 11.6%. The company has implemented weekly training programs to enhance expertise, skills, and foster a sense of corporate culture to serve customers and meet the expanding demands of business operations.

Risk management in the first quarter of 2023 will also be raised to a new level, with a focus on refining detailed operating procedures, fostering close collaboration between individuals and functional departments, and promoting a high level of awareness of responsibilities and authorities. The implementation of digital management has made significant progress, supporting the tightening and enhancement of effective operational governance measures.

In addition, the company has achieved 100% compliance with occupational safety, ensuring the well-being of its employees, and fulfilling all obligations required by state management authorities and legal regulations.
